Kari LaOrden - Acrylic & Mixed Media

Kari LaOrden is a modern minimalist painter and artist based in Southwest Florida. Her abstract paintings are representations from personal narrative with a focus on creating visual peacefulness and serenity. Heavily influenced by her coastal location and the natural world, her pieces are produced with contradiction in mind. Consciously choosing tranquil neutral hues and subtle texturing to contrast the strong graphic compositions. This tension creates her characteristically distinct style that defines her original works.

Kari earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The University of Akron and is a member artist of the Naples Art District.
